When you submit an inquiry or application, or pursue a financial product or service we will need to obtain personal identifiable information from you or about you. Lenders/brokers are sent the information gathered because it is required to make a loan decision. The lenders and brokers who participate on the Low-rate.com network are regulated by state and federal agencies. They may contact you directly after they receive your information. The companies on our network can only access your information through a secure web page. If your information is forwarded to a financial institution or other third party supplier, your information will be transmitted according to the security and privacy policies of that financial institution or third party supplier whose privacy practices may differ from ours. Your information as shared with outside providers will become subject to those different policies.

Updating or deleting your information
You may update or delete your information at any time prior to submitting your completed loan request. Once your loan form is completed and submitted, you will not be able to change any of the information. Additionally, please be advised that once you have submitted your loan request and the information has been received by the lenders/brokers, this information is no longer under our control.
Due to federal & state regulations, we are required to keep a copy of your information for a period of 3 years. Over this period we will maintain all such data in a confidential and secure area that third parties will not be allowed to access.
